Is there anything I need to do to prepare for my cleaning?
Such a great question and thank you for asking – yes. It would help a great deal if you could pick up any clothing, shoes, toys and misc. items on floors and counters before we arrive as it makes cleaning for you so much more effective. Our goal is to clean as much of your home as we can! Additionally, please ensure your pet/s are secure before we arrive to clean – Thanks a bunch!
Do we need to sign a contract?
Absolutely not! We’re so happy to earn your business each and every time we clean, and we have built this company doing just that!
How many hours is a typical cleaning service?
There is no set amount of time, however, there are many variables that affect time and the current condition of your home. As an approximation, take the number of bedrooms in your home and translate them into hours. This would be a good starting point – For example: 3 bedrooms = 3 hours.

Does someone need to be present?
Does Chamber Maids bring their own supplies?
Yes we do! A vacuum, mop & non toxic/pet friendly cleaning products to name a few. We DON’T bring a ladder/step stool, toilet brush or pest control products. However, if you do have any special requests, please call at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.

What’s included in a Deep Cleaning?
A Deep Clean is highly recommended for homes that have not been cleaned in at least 3 months, move in and move out, as well as post construction. Deep cleans includes our standard cleaning plus additional time for cleaning insides of fridge, oven, cabinets and deep scrub of bathroom(s), Baseboards, radiators, interior windows as well as furry friends pet hair removal, if applicable!
What included in a Move out/in cleaning?
Similar to our deep clean option, we clean everything inside and out, and top to bottom!
Does Chamber Maids take special requests for services?
Special requests will be honored if they are submitted to us directly 24 hours prior to appointment.
